PRUDENTIAL Assurance Malaysia Berhad's Unit Manager, Cheah Chun Leng was inducted into the Malaysia Book of Records for being the youngest MDRT Life Member Qualifier in Malaysia following his success in achieving MDRT Qualifying & Life Member recognition more than 10 times. He first made his mark for MDRT in 2002 and has since qualified for the recognition for 12 consecutive years. Cheah began his life insurance career at the age of 19 after he was introduced to the business by a friend while he was pursuing his tertiary education in college. Cheah attributes his consistent success is to having the right attitude and habits besides receiving coaching from the right leader and support from the right agency and company. He hopes that his achievement will be an inspiration to more Gen-Y’s participation in this line of life insurance business which he finds life-changing and rewarding.
