Sentosa Island. Sing’s little Stepford sib, but the cable car over is a giggle (take a glass-bottomed one from Mt Faber). Scoot through the foul souvenir shop and up the Sky Tower for a top view. Now call a taxi (see V. Useful) to whisk you to Capella (see Accom.) with The Knolls and divine Auriga Spa (see Spa). While you’re here, manmade Tanjong Beach (near Sentosa Resort) is good for a stroll and people-watch, while retro-cool Palm Springs-esque Tanjong Beach Club has models in bikinis and plungepool antics / 120 Tanjong Beach Walk / 6270 1355 / 11am-late, Tue-sun / tanjongbeachclub.com / or if you’ve got the kiddies in tow, wear them out with Nemo & co at S.E.A. Aquarium.
