Shahrizat Rashid & Lee’s head of cor­po­rate de­part­ment is adept in the le­gal prac­tice of merg­ers and ac­qui­si­tions plus cor­po­rate fi­nance. Like his wife Lim Wei-Ling, Yo­han en­joys art and art fairs. To keep him­self fit, he ob­serves a rig­or­ous ex­er­cise regime which re­flects his me­thod­i­cal na­ture.

Va­lerie Ong

This spir­ited young woman is the group CEO of KIP Group, with in­ter­ests in prop­erty and re­tail de­vel­op­ment plus the hos­pi­tal­ity in­dus­try—hav­ing launched their very own KIP Ho­tels in re­cent years. A con­nois­seur of fine wine, Va­lerie makes it a point to visit vine­yards over­seas and also runs the Point Restau­rant & Bar.

Datuk Ramli Ibrahim

A fig­ure­head of the Malaysian arts scene, Datuk Ramli is the artis­tic di­rec­tor of Su­tra Dance The­atre and chair­man of Su­tra Foun­da­tion. The cel­e­brated dancer has col­lab­o­rated with global artists and in­vested in a young dancers’ outreach pro­gramme. He is also a re­cip­i­ent of In­dia’s Padma Shri award.

Datuk Dr Ravi Pon­niah

Be­sides his pro­fes­sion as a doc­tor, the chair­man of Naam Group is cred­ited for cre­at­ing the ul­ti­mate R&R tourist des­ti­na­tion, Par­adise 101, in Langkawi. Benev­o­lent and car­ing, the fam­ily man’s fore­most pas­sion lies in build­ing busi­nesses, sup­port­ing char­i­ta­ble causes and gain­ing spir­i­tual wis­dom.

Dato’ Sri Jef­frey Ray­mond

Although Dato’ Sri Jef­frey of OEM Au­toseats Malaysia has stepped back as CEO, he con­tin­ues in his ca­pac­ity as ex­ec­u­tive chair­man and man­ag­ing di­rec­tor. Un­der his stew­ard­ship, the busi­ness has recorded a steady ex­pan­sion this year, although his pride and joy lies in fam­ily life, es­pe­cially with his grand­child, Sky­lar.

Sally Quah

Fa­mously known as the bet­ter half of en­tre­pre­neur Bryan Loo, Sally is the fi­nan­cial con­troller of Loob Hold­ings and its thriv­ing F&B busi­nesses. The sport­ing fash­ion­ista, who is poised to wel­come a third child this year, de­lights in her role, and is of­ten seen ac­com­pa­ny­ing her hus­band or trav­el­ling with her girl­friends.

Datin Sri Joyce Ray­mond

The ma­tri­arch of the Ray­mond fam­ily is an adored mother fig­ure to their three chil­dren as well as three grand­chil­dren. She and Dato’ Sri Jef­frey have been hon­oured with a Malaysia Tatler Cou­ple of The Year award—a ti­tle earned from years of ex­em­pli­fy­ing the def­i­ni­tion of the glue that holds the fam­ily to­gether.

Datuk Raziah Mah­mud-Geneid

With suc­cess­ful in­vest­ments in real es­tate and de­vel­op­ments span­ning Kaza­khstan and Ja­pan, Datuk Raziah counts her seven chil­dren and nine grand­chil­dren as her pride and joy. The ‘em­press’ of the fam­ily, she is as strict as she is lov­ing in her par­ent­ing style.

Dato’ Sri Rozita Rame­lan

Dato’ Sri Rozita jug­gles mul­ti­ple roles as founder and CEO of Kabi­net Prive, as well as as­sists her hus­band with AB Yachts. The power-mum was re­cently blessed with a daugh­ter, Maya, a pres­ence which adds an un­de­ni­able spark to her day-to-day rou­tine re­volv­ing around A-list clien­tele.

Tan Sri Raz­man Hashim

The deputy ex­ec­u­tive chair­man of Sun­way Group is a vet­eran force in the cor­po­rate sec­tor, spe­cial­is­ing in fi­nance and bank­ing. He is an ac­tive board mem­ber at sev­eral pub­lic listed com­pa­nies like the Jef­frey Cheah Foun­da­tion, among oth­ers. He also en­joys singing, and per­forms for char­i­ta­ble causes.

Ruth­lene Abu Sahid

The di­rec­tor of ASM Prop­er­ties and Maju Hold­ings calls Kuwait home, with her hus­band Amro Al-Khadra and their daugh­ter, Sum­sum. As the daugh­ter of ty­coon Tan Sri Abu Sahid, she is blessed with an in­her­ent flair for in­vest­ing in busi­ness. Ruth­lene lists food, fash­ion and travel as her main­stays in life.

Tom Roe­lens

Tom is the gen­eral man­ager of the newly minted Four Sea­sons Ho­tel and Res­i­dences Kuala Lumpur, and has called Malaysia home for over a year. He and his wife Sara are an ef­fer­ves­cent pair in the hos­pi­tal­ity scene, and have amassed 13 years’ ex­pe­ri­ence liv­ing and work­ing in pri­vate ex­otic is­lands.

Datin Wira Sabrena Dani

Fit­ness en­thu­si­ast, de­voted mother, and style maven—you name it, Datin Wira Sabrena em­bod­ies it. The adren­a­line junkie par­tic­i­pated in the Pow­er­man Asia Duathon Cham­pi­onships last year and com­pleted her 10k run in record time. Her fit­ness rou­tines in­clude crossfit, spin­ning, yoga and run­ning.

Che Engku Puan Sri Rozeeta

The chair­man of Bin­tang Mele­war is also a proud mum of twins, Tunku In­tan and Tunku Muham­mad, both of whom have a flair for the aca­demics. A ma­jor life les­son this gifted host­ess and fash­ion­able lady abides by is to never take any­one or any­thing for granted.
