One World Hotel unveiled its stylish Zuan Yuan Chinese Restaurant with a spanking new look, in a completely new location with a revamped menu, perfect for traditional Chinese, banquet-style receptions
Zuan Yuan literally translates into ‘a garden filled with enchanted diamonds’, which is most befitting its brand spanking new ambience post-renovation. The all-new Zuan Yuan embodies the concept of vitality, representing vibrance and energy —as the vastly spacious and pillarless dining area is bathed in blue, gold, white and black colour palettes, enhanced with modern, oriental design elements.
The Eastern charm is subtly incorporated into the interior with a collection of antique earthenware and cutlery all framed up and beautifully displayed on the walls. The high-end restaurant embraces the open kitchen concept which allow diners to witness the master chefs whipping up their culinary creations. Taking centre stage in the RM10million restaurant is the high definition 15.1ft x 8.4ft LED screen that is embedded into the lavish dining area.
Elevate your experience even further with the private dining rooms, accented using a bright and intensely hued, eye-catching backdrop inspired by traditional Chinese mountain paintings. Each of the elaborately decorated rooms feature a sophisticated lantern-like lampshade chandelier. The large private room can then also be partitioned into five separate rooms, and seats up to 100 persons.
Delight your taste buds with authentic Cantonese specialities in the Chinoiserie setting, highlighting some of their signature dishes, especially those that fall under the Zuan Yuan wedding package. Four types of Chinese nine-course wedding set menus are available here—all of which have wedding-esque titles, such as ‘L.O.V.E’, ‘Power Of Love’, ‘True Love’ and ‘Forever Love’—which makes for the most luxurious set menu at Zuan Yuan, as it comes with a five-tier ceremonial wedding cake, champagne fountain display with two bottles of sparkling grape juice, a floral arch, elegant flower arrangements at the main table, creative floral centrepieces for all tables, complimentary usage of the LED projector for video presentation and basic sound system for the wedding march and speeches, exclusive room rates for the couple’s family and friends, wedding favours for all guests as well as a 2D1N accommodation at the luxurious Premier Suite, inclusive of club facilities.
An elegant restaurant with its own distinctive style, Zuan Yuan is now located adjacent to the hotel lobby entrance. While the restaurant alone can comfortably host approximately 380 guests, the space is further complemented by the private dining rooms which can accommodate for longer guest lists—ideal for a grand, unforgettable wedding reception.
