PRE-WEDDING PREPARATIONS

Possibly the shopping spree of the century, the bridal party, led by Datin Usha Nair, made a four-day trip to Delhi, where the entourage spent close to 12 hours a day (from 10am till 10pm) acquiring the trousseau. Highly coveted Indian designers, including Tarun Tahiliani and Anita Dongre, were placed high on the list. The evening reception, however, saw the bride and groom decked out in garments by Designer Bridal Room in Pavilion and Armada.
