WHAT would you do if you are caught between two feuding families? New TV3 series Menantu Ting Tong, which premiers tomorrow at 7pm, is about two such families led by Puan Rozie and Puan Latifah. They are constantly at each other’s throats as Rozie and Latifah have different views on status and lifestyle. Rozie comes from a wealthy family while Latifah’s family leads a simple life.

Problems arise when Marsha, Rozie’s youngest daughter, falls in love with Luqman, Latifah’s son. Rozie tries to talk her daughter out of the relationsh­ip. However, Marsha tries to win her future mother-in-law’s heart by learning to do household chores and gardening.

But no matter what she does, Latifah finds fault in almost everything. The series stars Ruhainies as Marsha, Azrel Ismail as Luqman, Amyza Adnan as Latifah and Aleza Shahdan as Rozie.

In Good Cheap Eats Season 3, airing tomorrow at 6pm on 8TV, singer and host Maria Cordero shows viewers how to whip up delicious, healthy and cheap meals. She teams up with Luk Ho Ming as they search every corner of the city, looking for the best and freshest ingredient­s. Maria also offers cooking tips.

Catch Janji Hati tomorrow at 2pm on TV2. It’s about three siblings Kamal, Karmila and Khalid, in a single parent family. Kamal, the eldest, is born with physical and mental disabiliti­es. Before her passing, their mother tells Karmila and Khalid to look after their brother. Kamal lives with Khalid and his family and is constantly mistreated by the latter’s wife. Tired of the abuse, he decides to return to his village where he learns to be independen­t. Starring Shafie Naswip, Shukri Yahya, Fauziah Nawi and Siti Elizad.

On Sunday, tune in to the new season of Da’i Pendakwah Nusantara at 9pm on TV3 where the search for the next Islamic preacher continues. Contestant­s aged 18 to 30 from all over Malaysia go through a series of challenges and the winner will walk away with RM50,000.

Also airing on Sunday is Pop TV 2016 at 9.30pm on TV9. This live show brings to you the latest news and gossips within the local entertainm­ent scene. In each episode, hosts Nana Mahazan and Hefny Sahad interview a guest artiste.

Action movie Romeo Must Die comes on at 11pm on ntv7 on Sunday. Po Sing is waiting for someone at a club when a fight breaks out between the angry patrons and the club’s security personnel. In the commotion, Po is killed by an assailant. Meanwhile, his brother Han learns about Po’s murder and makes his way back to the family home. There, Han is confronted by his father who blames him for failing to protect Po. Starring Jet Li, Aaliyah, Isaiah Washington and DMX.
