Organised in collaboration with Henry Butcher Real Estate Sdn Bhd, the debut international launch of the development was headlined by Chris Moore, the international sales manager of Ananda Development who gave an exclusive talk entitled “Bangkok’s Infrastructure Future”. Four different sessions of the launch were held with two sessions per day.
In his talk, Moore shared with the attendees the important factors that hearten investing in Bangkok and especially in a property situated close to the City of Angel’s mass transit system, which in this case the mere 15m distance of IDEO S93 from the Bang Chak BTS Station. This close proximity to the train station promises a stellar rental yield, especially among expatriates.
Bangkok-based Ananda Development also boasts a strategic joint venture partner in Mitsui Fudosan, a Top 3 Japanese property developer from Tokyo that has 75 years of experience in the industry. As a joint venture partner, Mitsui Fudosan not only provides Ananda with capital investment, but more importantly shares with the Thai developer cutting-edge techniques in construction.
It is worth noting that the global launch of IDEO S93 in Kuala Lumpur is the first sales event by Ananda Development in Malaysia but the mass transit-centric developer was welcomed with open arms by Malaysian buyers.
