Rohas keen to buy 75pc of HG Power

KUALA LUMPUR: Rohas Tecnic Bhd has proposed to acquire a 75 per cent stake in HG Power Transmission Sdn Bhd (HGPT) for RM101.7 million. Rohas said the exercise was entered through a heads of agreement with PT Safe Tower Systems Sdn Bhd and Kemuncak Agresif (M) Sdn Bhd. “The proposed acquisition is expected to provide shareholders an opportunity to participate in HGPT’s business, which in turn is expected to facilitate the continued growth of the enlarged Rohas Tecnic group moving forward,” it said.
