TRC unit to manage hotel in Melbourne

KUALA LUMPUR: Construction firm TRC Synergy Bhd has inked an agreement with Starwood Australia Hotels Pty Ltd to manage a hotel in Melbourne, Australia. In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, TRC said its whollyowned subsidiary TRC (Aust) Pty Ltd entered into a 12-year operating service agreement with Starwood Australia to run a hotel known as Element Melbourne Richmond in Melbourne. Starwood Australia is an affiliate of Marriott International Inc.
