It’s a wrap!

Easy and convenient, food wraps are also satisfying, writes Kasmiah Mustapha

INGREDIENT­S

Half a can of tuna in water

1 lime, juiced

1 handful cilantro

¼ red onion, diced

1 bird’s eye chilli, sliced

1 tsp fish sauce

1 handful salad leaves

1 Mission Onion and Chives Wrap METHOD

1. Flake tuna.

2. Mix in fish sauce, lime juice, bird’s eye chilli, red onion and cilantro into flaked tuna.

3. Place salad leaves on Mission Onion

and Chives wrap.

4. Top with tuna mixture.

5. Wrap up. INGREDIENT­S

80g sliced beef

¼ cup mango, cubed

1 tbsp cilantro, chopped 1 tbsp mint chopped

1 tbsp scallion, chopped 1 tbsp Thai sweet chilli sauce 1 tbsp fish sauce

1 tbsp lime juice

1 handful rocket

Salt and pepper

1 Mission original wrap

METHOD

1. Stir fry sliced beef with salt and pepper. 2. In a bowl, mix mint, mango and scallion together with fish sauce and Thai sweet chilli sauce.

3. Squeeze in lime juice into mango mixture and stir.

4. Add cooked beef to mango mixture

and stir well.

5. Place rocket on Mission original wrap,

then top with beef and mango mixture. 6. Wrap up and serve. INGREDIENT­S

2 eggs, beaten

2 smoked salmon, slices Olive oil

Salt & pepper

Some scallion, chopped 1 Mission plain pita

METHOD

1. Heat oil up in a pan.

2. Pour beaten eggs into pan and scramble until

just set.

3. Season scrambled eggs with salt and pepper. 4. Place smoked salmon sliced and scrambled

eggs on top of Mission plain pita.

5. Garnish with some chopped scallion and

serve.
