Four KL city roads closed till January

ROAD users are advised to use the Smart tunnel or other alternative routes to avoid congestion due to the closure of four roads in the Kuala Lumpur city centre.

The roads affected include Jalan Tun Razak, the exit of Bulatan Kampung Pandan and Jalan Davis where upgrade work is being done until January.

Stormwater Management and Road Tunnel Project Sdn Bhd said in a statement that the road works at Jalan Tun Razak from Jalan Langgak Golf heading towards Jalan Kampung Pandan and Tun Razak Exchange was aimed at improving the traffic dispersal system around the city.

It said the road closures involved only parts of the roads and traffic would still be flowing, but slow-moving.

“Expressway users from Seremban-Cheras-Sg Besi heading to the city via Jalan Tun Razak–KLCC or Bukit Bintang can use the Smart tunnel to reach their destination smoothly,” the statement said.
