KUALA LUMPUR

LBS Bina Group Bhd is celebrating its 25th anniversary in property development and the 15th anniversary of it being listed on Bursa Malaysia’s Main Market this year.

In conjunction with the celebration, LBS organised a media appreciation night last week.

Themed “Let’s Sail in Style on board the LBS Royal Cruise”, the celebration was inspired by the group’s journey, akin to the calm and occasionally bumpy condition of the seas, throughout the years.

“We want to take this time to reflect on how far we’ve come, thanks to the support of our partners, especially our media friends. We have indeed come a long way,” said LBS group managing director Tan Sri Lim Hock San.

Lim said the company, via its future property launches, remained committed to increasing home ownership among the people.

He said the company would strive to provide the right offerings at the right time, in the right location and at the right price, so as to better raise home ownerships among Malaysians.

“Going forward, we aim to replicate our successful Bandar Saujana Putra township, LBS Alam Perdana, Cybersouth and Kulai,” said Lim in a recent statement.

“The market can expect more launches, including LBS Alam Perdana, Bukit Jalil, Zenopy Residences and BSP6,” he added.
