1 WHAT IS YOUR TYPICAL DAILY WORKOUT?

This may sound surprising but I don’t actually work out. 2

HOW DID YOU GET BACK IN SHAPE AFTER GIVING BIRTH?

I think because I was taking care of the baby myself, I had barely any time to eat or sleep. 3

WHAT IS YOUR FITNESS AIM?

Gain more weight and then tone up. When I was pregnant, I realised that I did not feel strong enough to carry the baby. I 4 suffered from backaches a lot.

ARE YOU A GYM JUNKIE OR OUTDOOR EXERCISER?

I prefer the gym whenever I exercise. 5

HOW DO YOU GET OVER BEING TOO LAZY TO EXERCISE?

Well that is a hard one, most of the time I remind myself of my goal which is to gain weight. 6

WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE WORKOUT?

Yoga.

WHAT IS THE MOST DRASTIC THING YOU’VE DONE WHEN IT COMES TO EXERCISE?

Ran five rounds around the track until I could not get out of bed the next day.

ANY DIET YOU FOLLOW?

I don’t really have a diet, I eat anything and everything.

Discipline. 11

WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE WORKOUT MEMORY? Can’t really think of one. 13

DO YOU LISTEN TO MUSIC WHILE EXERCISING? Sometimes. I like to listen to songs I can sing along to.
