YOONA JOINS HYORI’S HOMESTAY

Yoona VARIETY show where singer Lee Hyo-ri and her husband Lee Sang-soon open up their home as a homestay, is back for another season.

Singer-actress Yoona will step in as the bed and breakfast’s staff member, replacing singer IU from Season 1. Show director Ma Kunyoung says Hyori and Yoona both share common traits as they both debuted in a girl group — Fin.K.L and Girls’ Generation, respectively — and are also active in acting.

“They have met before. They are representative girl group members of their respective generations.”

The second season of will capture the beauty of Jeju Island during winter.

Lee Hyori YG Entertainment’s boss Yang Hyun-suk dropped a hint of a possible new solo album by boy group Winner’s Mino. Recently, Yang uploaded on Instagram a video of the rapper performing at Gabbia, YG Entertainment’s new hip-hop club in Hongdae.

The hint was in his captions, where besides including the names of Mino and the club, Yang added the hashtags “Longest line in Hongdae” and “Direction to prepare for solo album the next day”. Apart from excelling as a member of Winner, Mino has shown his musical talents through his stint in the rapping reality programme

and solo single, among others.

Yang’s video also shows the large crowd that Mino had attracted during his performance at the club, proving his popularity.
