1 WHAT IS YOUR WEEKL LY EXERCISE ROUTINE? If I am not too busy with work, I usually hit the gym every day except on Thursdays.

2WHAT IS YOUR FITNESS AIM? I love food hence my aim is to remain healthy. Moreover, as I am one of the many women these days who has been diagnosed w with polycystic ovarian syndrome, having a routine workout regime is vital.

3ARE YOU A GYM JUNK KIE OR DO YOU PREFER THE OUTDOORS? Gym junkie! I get bored working out by myself, so my workout sessions are mainly group exercise classes.

4 HOW DO YOU GET OVER BEING TOO LAZY TOT EXERCISE? Have a schedule and stick to it. It may be hard in the first few weeks but after that, you will feel weird if you don’t sweat it out t.

5 WHAT IS YOUR FAVOU URITE WORKOUT? I attend classes, which area mainly cardio-related such as Body Attack, Boody Combat and Body Pump.

6 WEIGHTS OR CARDIO? Cardio.

7 WHAT IS THE MOST DRASTIC THING YOU’VE DONE WHEN IT COMES TO EXERCISE? I used to live in Klang buut work in KL. I would wake up at 5am and drive to KL to attend a claass before heading to work. Thankfully, I live in KL now.

8 WHAT IS YOUR TYPICAL BREAKFAST? What I can find in my office pantry — coffee an d biscuits! Occasional­ly there will be nasi lemak or roti ca anai there.

9 WHAT IS YOUR FAVOU URITE INDULGENCE? Super Ring

10HOW LONG DO YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT? ? Six to eight hours

11 HOW MANY HOUR RS DO YOU WORK OUT IN THE MORN NING? One hour

12 WHAT IS YOUR ADVICE TO GET PEOPLE TO EXERCISE? What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger!
