Teknologi Malaysia Melaka’s (UTeM) intention to collaborate with Japan in the Kuala Lumpur-Singapore High Speed Rail (KL-SG HSR) project is a golden opportunity that can become a catalyst in the advancement of engineering expertise in the university.
