Talk shows, Turkish dramas, reality shows among new ntv7 offerings

and actor Alif Satar will host his first talk show on ntv7 from tomorrow at 9.30pm.

The live show, titled It’s Alif, will feature the artiste discussing issues from a male perspectiv­e with celebrity guests.

Another new chat show, Kata Serasi? will focus on relationsh­ips, family matters and couples’ issues from male and female perspectiv­es. Hosted by actress Datin Diana Danielle and host Naz Rahman, the live show airs at 9.30pm today on ntv7.

In line with the rebranding of ntv7, which also includes a fresh and updated logo, the channel will feature a slew of new shows.

The Feel Good Show will air daily at 8am and entertainm­ent junkies can get their dose of updates on Pop! TV and Pop! Express.

Drama lovers can look forward to production­s from Turkey, which air from Mondays to Fridays at 8.30pm. New Bride, which premieres tonight, tells the story of a newly-married woman and the challenges she faces to empower herself in honouring culture and tradition, as well as finding her place in the world.

Another Turkish production, The Brave & Beautiful, which premieres in May, will focus on a rich and powerful family.

Those who crave local flavours and settings can check out Nafas, which stars Erwin Dawson and Kilafairy. Airing in May, the story is about a cancer-stricken woman, who embarks on a mission to fulfil her bucket list.

TV lovers will get to watch two new reality shows, Drop The Beat, which sees local celebritie­s competing in lip sync battles to win RM50,000, and I Can See Your Voice Malaysia, based on a South Korean musical series.
