Eco World unit starts MTN programme

KUALA LUMPUR: Eco World Development Group Bhd’s (EcoWorld) unit, Eco Botanic Sdn Bhd (Eco Botanic) has made a lodgement of unrated medium-term notes (MTNs) pursuant to a MTN Programme of up to RM250 million. In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, EcoWorld said the programme comprised unrated MTNs of up to RM100 million with a tenure of up to five years, and another unrated MTNs of up to RM150 million for a tenure of up to seven years, to be guaranteed by Danajamin Nasional Bhd.
