Prestar, Skyhub ink RM19.25m land deal

KUALA LUMPUR: Prestar Resources Bhd, a manufacturer of steel products, has entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Skyhub Technologies Sdn Bhd to acquire a parcel of leasehold land in Pekan Subang, Selangor for RM19.25 million. It said the 8,304 sq m parcel was strategically located in a prominent industrial estate in Kampung Baru Subang and the acquisition would also include the buildings erected on the land. The company said the acquisition was expected to grow the group’s revenues.
