The three-day event, which ended yesterday, drew 25,000 potential home buyers who viewed property deals and listened to talks by real estate and financial experts.

MyRumah showcase project director Mohd Haslan A. Abbas said over the three days, it garnered 1,500 potential buyers for five housing projects.

He said the event recorded more than 80 registrations per day per project, with 300 registrations achieved during the duration.

“Apart from having attractive projects on display, the event had talks by real estate experts who addressed issues in the market and industry.

“MyRumah not only showcases developers and their projects, but also enables experts to share their knowledge with prospective home buyers.

“The showcase aims to be the all-in-one platform for buyers to make a wise decision on buying their dream home.”

He added that MyRumah was expected to draw in RM5 million in sales in its next three locations.

The showcase will be held in Sungai Petani, Kedah, in July, as well as Johor Baru and Melaka in August and October.
