Lucky draw winners walk away with RM1m in prizes, including trips to Moscow for World Cup finals
PROPERTY developer UEM Sunrise Bhd concluded its special sales campaign, “Signature Selection: Road to Russia 2018”, with a grand finale lucky draw at the showcase of “Ola Bola The Musical” in Istana Budaya, here, last Saturday.
More than 1,000 guests attended the live musical performance.
Fifty-five winners walked away with luxurious prizes worth more than RM1 million, with the top three each winning a trip to Moscow for the finals of the 2018 FIFA World Cup tournament.
One of the winners, Ho Heng Mun, 35, said he was looking forward to the World Cup finals.
“I was nervous but also excited. When my name was called, I couldn’t believe it at first. It will be an amazing experience to watch the World Cup in Moscow.”
UEM Sunrise chief executive officer Anwar Syahrin Abdul Ajib said: “Inspired by the success of two previous Signature Selection campaigns, and as part of the ‘Discover the Places Where You Belong’ initiative, we introduced the ‘Signature Selection: Road to Russia’ experience.
“It is not just about winning attractive prizes. More importantly, it is about celebrating the loyalty of our customers by rewarding them with a broader range of benefits and experiences, such as the once-in-a-lifetime trip to Russia to catch a football match at an event that only happens once every four years.”
The guests included UEM Group Bhd’s board members, representatives from corporate organisations as well as Harimau Malaya football legends such as Bakri Ibni, Datuk James Wong and Datuk Hassan Sani.
“Ola-Bola The Musical” is inspired by the Malaysian football team that qualified for the 1980 Olympics in Moscow, and adapted from the 2016 box-office hit movie Ola Bola.
