Ata Plus, Quest MasteryAsia team up

KUALA LUMPUR: Ata Plus Sdn Bhd and Quest MasteryAsia Group Sdn Bhd have for­malised their part­ner­ship to pro­vide more small and medium en­ter­prises (SMEs) and in­vestors ac­cess to Eq­uity Crowd­fund­ing (ECF).

Quest MasteryAsia aims to cre­ate an aware­ness of the list­ing op­por­tu­ni­ties in the United States.

“This strate­gic part­ner­ship with Quest MasteryAsia re­flects con­tin­u­ous ef­fort to grow our ecosys­tem. While Quest MasteryAsia will pro­vide se­lected and cu­rated deal flows to Ata Plus, Quest MasteryAsia’s in­vestor com­mu­nity will also gain first-hand vis­i­bil­ity on Ata Plus’ ECF Is­suers.

“Through Quest MasteryAsia, Ata Plus will present fundrais­ing op­tions to is­suers, post-ECF,” said Ata Plus co-founder and di­rec­tor Elain Lock­man.

Ata Plus is a blockchain, en­hanced ECF on­line plat­form, which matches busi­nesses seek­ing growth and fund­ing with in­vestors in­ter­ested in build­ing sus­tain­able world-class firms.

“The col­lab­o­ra­tion is a good fit as we are con­nect­ing the sim­i­lar­i­ties and lever­ag­ing each other’s strengths,” said Quest MasteryAsia chief ex­ec­u­tive of­fi­cer K. C. See.

Ata Plus has so far listed eight com­pa­nies on its ECF plat­form and raised RM4.5 mil­lion since the launch of the plat­form in March 2016.

Quest MasteryAsia is in­volved in key growth sec­tors, namely, ed­u­ca­tion, coach­ing and men­tor­ing, or­gan­i­sa­tion strate­gic de­vel­op­ment and con­sul­ta­tion, prop­erty as well as in­vest­ment. It has of­fices in Asia Pa­cific, in­clud­ing Kuala Lumpur, Sin­ga­pore, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Mel­bourne.
