SHAH ALAM: Setia Alam’s newest commercial hub, Eco Ardence Labs, has been operating with 27 brands since March last year.

Eco Ardence divisional general manager Liew Tian Xiong said it would be a unique commercial location because of its container-concept structure.

“Ardence Labs is built on 10.9ha and will give locals and visitors a different lifestyle choice from existing commercial centres.

“We wanted to create a unique place with a unique mix of tenants, so we are reaching out to entrepreneurs so they can use this opportunity as a platform to strengthen their brand,” he said at the official opening of Eco Ardence here on Saturday.

Brands that are operating in Ardence Labs include Jaya Grocer, Cocomomo pet hotel, Mini Wespo, Masterclean, Healthlane, i1 Fitness, Cykel & Cyclist and Famous Kleener.

Other popular shops located there include Nyonya Heritage, Tato Tato, Piacevole, Mich’sology, Tealive, Llao llao, U-Mai, AROI Mak Mak, U Bistro, Laughing Monkey, Kebab Bowl, Lets Joy Cafe, Hinata Cafe, Big Blind, Bamboo Biryani and Chaiwala & Co.

Tian Xiong said the company provided flexible commercial locations and different experiences via its container blocks, which could be changed in size according to each tenant’s requirements.
