New Golf R-Line unveiled

The Golf 1.4 TSI R-Line is powered by a 1.4-litre TSI turbocharged engine that is paired with a 7-speed dry clutch direct shift gearbox (DSG), resulting in 148hp and 250Nm of torque between 1,500 and 3,500rpm.
Volkswagen claims that the Golf 1.4 TSI R-line is able to complete the century sprint in 8.2 seconds and a top speed of 216kph.
It is equipped with a 17-inch alloy wheels, R-Line front and rear bumper, rear spoiler, trapezoidal chrome exhaust trim, R-Line logo on the radiator grille and side panels, Full LED adaptive headlights with daytime running lights, LED taillights, leather upholstery, 12.3inch digital instrument cluster, 8-inch, 8-inch infotainment system, dual-zone climatronic system, front and rear fog lamps, automatic headlights, automatic wipers, start/ stop engine system with regenerative braking and eight-speaker sound system.
Safety features include 7 airbags, manoeuvre braking that automatically brakes the car when it senses objects up to 10kph during parking, automatic post-collision brake system, rest assist, occupant protection system, advanced electronic differential lock, anti-lock braking system, brake force distribution, brake pad wear indicator, electronic stability control, engine drag torque control, hill hold control, tyre pressure loss indicator, speed sensitive eletromechanical power steering, and ISOFIX child seat anchoring system.
