LOCALLY ASSEMBLED PERFORMANC­E DUO FROM MERCEDES-BENZ

MERCEDES-Benz Malaysia has introduced two locally assembled performanc­e models, the Mercedes-AMG C43 and GLC43 to the market. Both vehicles are powered by a 3.0-litre V6 biturbo engine mated to a 9G-Tronic automatic transmissi­on.

The engine produces 376hp and 520Nm of torque, which propels the C43 sedan to 100kph in 4.7 seconds, while the GLC43 SUV achieves the same in 4.9s.

Top speed in both models is electronic­ally limited to 250kph.
