ACM JURU’S NEWLY RENOVATED SHOWROOM

Isuzu Malaysia Sdn Bhd (IMSB) authorised dealer Automotive Corporatio­n (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (ACM), a subsidiary of DRBHICOM Bhd, has officially launched its newly renovated showroom in Juru, Penang. The new facility offers a new concept with latest interior and exterior design to ensure the utmost level of customer satisfacti­on while maintainin­g Isuzu’s corporate image.

“With this renovation, we are moving one step closer in realising ACM’s and Isuzu Malaysia’s mission and vision which is to provide world-class sales and aftersales service to our customers.” said ACM chief operating officer, Mohamad Radzi Omar. A large joint-sales and aftersales counter with an Isuzu feature wall and a customer lounge are among the new features of the showroom. The newly upgraded showroom offers a more relaxing experience for customers.

Isuzu Malaysia Koji Nakamura chief executive officer believes that the newly upgraded facilities and the well-trained technician­s will provide a fulfilling experience to new and existing customers.

“I am happy to have ACM as our authorised dealer in Penang, as Penang is an important market for Isuzu. We want to focus on building a strong brand presence in this region to support our customer. In conjunctio­n with the showroom’s launched, a handover ceremony was also held between STE Trucking Services Sdn Bhd, RSS Express and Teong Chai Spray Painting Sdn Bhd for their purchases of Isuzu models. Nakamura presented a mock key each to Muniandy Senevasan, Group Chief Executive Officer of STE Trucking Group, Rajindar Singh Chanchal Singh, owner of RSS Express and Ch’ng Hong Choon, Director of Teong Chai Spray Painting Sdn. Bhd. as a symbol of delivery and acceptance of the units.
