New hijab collection
NAELOFAR Hijab’s Raya collection has the theme Shine On.
The #naelofaraya2018 collection covers instant, semi-instant, squared and shawl. Also included is the upgraded version of Be Lofa Turban Luxe.
Naelofar Hijab has again teamed up with Swarovski for the collection, a collaboration that started three years ago. For this collection, a new Swarovski crystal, the ‘teardrop pendant’, has been used.
The #naelofaraya2018 collection offers a mix of pastel and vibrant colours to suit every skin tone and preference.
Naelofar Hijab founder Noor Neelofa says that the Shine On collection has an individualistic meaning that reflects one’s self-worth. Neelofa’s life mantra is to always get back up no matter how many times you fall because that is how you shape your destiny, to be a stronger person than you already are.
Under the instant hijab, the designs are named Alina, Lola and Be Lofa Instant Raya. For shawls, it is Layla, Ameera and Zara while Elsa is for the squared shawl.
Ameera, Layla, Alina and Lola were launched on May 17. The rest of the collection — Elsa, Zara, Be Lofa
Raya and Be Lofa Turban Luxe — was launched before Hari Raya.
To celebrate the launch, a video campaign was also released on all Naelofar Hijab’s social media and digital platforms including Neelofa’s personal social media.
The making of the #ShineOn video campaign was done in April at The Ritz Carlton Koh Samui, Thailand.
