HYBRID AUCTION -

-

There were about 80 properties and 70 cars up for auction. Bidders were bidding on their choice of cars online using mobile device.

After the auto vehicles online auction, a bigger crowd of bidders attended the property auction. Bidders can bid online or raise their paddle card to bid.

“We offer convenience to our bidders by allowing conventional bidding cards and online bidding. Online bidders can bid live from anywhere as long as they have Internet access to our platform. We are the first auctioneer in Malaysia that offers this “Hybrid Auction”. We hope to attract more young bidders that are more online oriented”, said Ng Chan Mau & Co director Low Chee Hian.

He said they were constantly upholding the principles and values of public auctions towards transparency, where they promote public awareness on their auction fairs. Foreclosure properties and repossessed cars would be sold on an “as is, where is” basis.

“We have always worked with our clients banks on how to improve auction property awareness to the public so that our auctions can deliver the best price to customers. Any excess of fund from the selling price after deducting the outstanding loan and costs will be returned to the customer.”
