Maxis launches fuss-free Zerolution­360 plan

KUALA LUMPUR: Maxis Bhd has launched Zerolution­360, a phone membership programme offering customers a completely worry-free experience for all their device needs.

Maxis said yesterday Zerolution­360 allowed customers to choose any flagship phone in its range and the MaxisONE plan they want, with zero down payment and no credit card needed, as well as a protection plan.

Maxis said customers would enjoy benefits such as immediate one-for-one replacemen­t for lost or damaged devices, total device protection and free phone upgrades every two years with an option for annual upgrades for a fee.

“Cellphones have become our lifeline, a tool that connects us to work or for personal matters. To lose access to our devices is not an option. Through Zerolution­360, we are making our customers’ device experience and maintenanc­e worry-free by not only by giving them the freedom and flexibilit­y to own a device the way they want, but also offering them a worry-free experience where they can go about their lives, uninterrup­ted,” said Maxis postpaid head Arjun Varma.

He said customers could choose from a range of high-end phones with an affordable monthly fee (fee varies depending on the price of the device).

They can choose between two protection packages, Basic and Premium. With the Premium package, customers will get priority repair services with faster repair times, a loan phone, and a free screen replacemen­t.
