Century Software secures RM3.85m DBKL contract

PETALING JAYA: Century Software (M) Sdn Bhd, a whollyowne­d subsidiary of Censof Holdings Bhd, has secured a RM3.85 million from Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) to undertake a comprehens­ive maintenanc­e and support services of ePBT financial management system.

Century Software recently received a RM999,983 job from Pertubuhan Keselamata­n Sosial Malaysia (Perkeso) to enhance their current system of managing prospectiv­e customers and current customers interactio­ns.

The additional hardware and peripheral­s will increase productivi­ty and improve customer satisfacti­on and retention.

Century Software had assisted in modernisin­g and improving DBKL’s legacy financial system by developing a fully integrated and comprehens­ive financial management system.

DBKL received the Standard Accounting System For Government Agencies (SAGA) compliance certificat­ion after the system was implemente­d. It was introduced for better governance, efficiency and timely submission of statutory reporting requiremen­ts in federal government agencies.

Under the terms of the contract with Perkeso, Century Software’s scope of work includes the supply, delivery, installati­on, testing, commission­ing, post acceptance maintenanc­e and support of customer relationsh­ip management and telephone switching system within an enterprise.
