GRAND BlueWave Hotel Shah Alam is pleased to offer a new promotion at its restaurant each month. For the month of October, it is the time for you to enjoy a heavenly experience with our Garoupa Delight promotion at Tung Yuen Chinese Restaurant.

We are proud to present a luxurious Chinese cuisine, filled with flavourful dishes.

The Garoupa Delight five-course set is available for a minimum of five persons, priced at RM68.00+ per person. The five courses includes four types of steamed dim sum.

This promotion offers a whole garoupa and diners can choose between deep-fried with spicy plum seeds and lime sauce or steamed “Teoh Chew”style with glass noodles.

Also served are pan-fried prawns with spicy prawn paste and curry powder on hot plate, and braised sliced top-shell abalone and beancurd skin on siew pak choy.

Diners can choose either fried rice with chicken cubes in bamboo basket and lotus leaf, or steamed white rice.

The dim sum under the promotion are steamed chicken siew mai with ebiko; steamed black mushroom chicken dumpling; pan-fried Shanghai dumpling; and, steamed beancurd roll with Thai chilli sauce.

The promotion offers more varieties in food selections at affordable prices in a simple, yet relaxing 5-star hotel ambiance.

Available at our halal-certified Tung Yuen OCTOBER 26, 2018 Chinese Restaurant, Level 1, which is open all week, from noon to 2.30pm for lunch and 6.30pm to 10.30pm for dinner.
