FOREVER NEVERLAND

-

HERE is another lady with unique vocals; you would not mistake Karen Marie Aagaard Ørsted Andersen, better known as MØ, for any other singer in the world. Add that to a sound that is as distinct as her voice, almost a genre on its own, and you have an everlasting image which no artiste in the world would turn down.

Her artistry is something that no amount of money in the world can buy. She may not have as many fans, and she may not be as worshipped as other individuals or bands around the world, what she has is something she shares with no one, an unmistakable identity in a generation of homogeneity.

While most of her career has been credited to collaborations with others so far, those working relationships did not come undeserved. Picked by Diplo to work on two universally-successful hit songs, the relationship continues to this day, which shows the belief and trust the award-winning producer has in her.

In fact, Forever Neverland has such a long list of co-producers (including big names like MNEK, Stargate and Cashmere Cat), you get the sense MØ knew from the beginning which sounds and which individuals could help her achieve what she wanted on each track of the album.

As with all her music, Forever Neverland explores the deepest darkest places of the human psyche, while at the same time she approaches life in a fun manner. There really isn’t a bad thing to be said about anything MØ does. Even in interview, her genuine whimsical mannerism just puts you in a good mood. So if that’s what you’re looking for, look no further.
