Retailers set to open business by Q1

retail units at Street Mall, which is part of Sunsuria Forum@7th Avenue in Setia Alam, Selangor, are in the midst of being handed over to the owners.

Sunsuria Bhd executive chairman Tan Sri Ter Leong Yap said retailers are likely to officially open for business by the first quarter of next year.

The anchor tenant for Street Mall is Village Grocer while Baskin Robbins, Subway, Secret Recipe, Tokyo Teppan, Tokyo Don, Alibaba & Nyonya, Tealive, Double Happiness Sekinchan, Artelier Coffee, LN Fortunate Coffee, Focus Point and Caring Pharmacy will be the retailers, said Ter in a statement.

Sunsuria Forum@7th Avenue is a freehold integrated developmen­t consisting of serviced apartments, a 31-storey tower with 346 corporate office units, SOHO suites, retail shops and Street Mall.

Phase 1 consists of retail shops and office units with an estimated gross developmen­t value (GDV) of RM1.4 billion.

The corporate office features one of its kind creative working space and inspiring facilities such as business lounge, open spaces for community activity and facilities such as a BBQ area, yoga deck, community pod, jogging track and swimming pool.

Phase 2 comprises the Street Mall, serviced apartments and SOHO Suites, with a GDV of RM1.1 billion.

“Complement­ed by Setia Alam’s unique selling propositio­n of high property ownership demand, business and job opportunit­ies, provision of education and a wide selection of amenities, we believe Sunsuria Forum is the next integrated living hub that will transform the skyline of the township,” he said.

Combining work, live and play in one central location, Sunsuria has dedicated 6,200 sq ft of space to ‘The Forum’ — the social hub of the developmen­t.

“In addition to our strategic location in the heart of Setia Alam, the concept of child enrichment and family-oriented elements will be embedded into the lifestyle mall, which we believe will be beneficial to the residents of Setia Alam and its surroundin­g neighbourh­oods such as Klang, Bukit Raja and Shah Alam,” said Ter.
