FREE CIRCUMCISION
Participants in a circumcision programme having fun during the ‘showering’ session before the programme starts in Kuantan yesterday. The programme, organised by the Kawasan Rukun Tetangga Taman Aneka Jaya 35, provides free circumcisions for orphans and the poor.
