B.I.G seeks to strike name off registry

KUALA LUMPUR: B.I.G. Industries Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, B.I.G. Construction Sdn Bhd, is applying to strike off its name from the registry pursuant to Section 550 of the Companies Act 2016. B.I.G Construction is a dormant and non-operating company and it has no intention to carry out any business in the future, said the company yesterday. The striking off will not have any material effect on the earnings or net assets of the group for financial year ending June 30.
