Klia2 beats all November targets
KUALA LUMPUR: The Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 (klia2) exceeded its targets in all seven elements under the Quality of Service (QoS) performance measure in November last year, said Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB).
Meanwhile, Kuala Lumpur International Airport’s main terminal exceeded its targets in seven out of the eight elements in the QoS measure, said MAHB.
The targets are set by the Malaysian Aviation Commission under the QoS framework.
The service performance measure is meant to ensure consistent passenger comfort at the two terminals.
The targets include cleanliness of toilets and availability and reliability of lifts, escalators and walkalators.
