PeoplExperience launches digital marketing consultancy
PeoplExperience, the digital marketing consultancy arm of People ’n Rich-H group of companies, is officially launched with the appointment of Karan Tyagi as chief executive officer (CEO) and Naveen Thomas as its digital and analytics director.
People ’n Rich is a home-grown network with 31 years of experience in the media and advertising business.
“It is timely that we set up this new entity, which aside from helping the group adopt a digital perspective, also provides a forward momentum in advancing the specific digital needs of our clients,” said People ’n Rich group managing director Allan Khoo.
PeoplExperience aims to optimise the use of data and technology as a means to assist marketers enhance the consumer experience journey.
“Even with a superior product or brand, you can’t win in today’s ever-evolving, technology-enabled marketplace if you fail to provide a seamless and rewarding consumer experience,” said Tyagi.
Tyagi, whose last posting was as general manager of Carat Malaysia, has spent 14 years in the industry by managing a diverse range of client accounts, including fast-moving consumer goods, retail, property, beverages, financial services, telecommunications, and hotels.
Meanwhile, Thomas will oversee the digital marketing performance and analytics offerings.
He worked with Dentsu Aegis Network for eight years with industry experience in the banking and finance, travel, automotive and e-commerce.
