RED GINSENG FOR HEALTH

KOREA Ginseng Corporation (KGC) recently partnered with celebrity chef Anis Nabilah and organised a media workshop and cooking demonstration to infuse nutrient-packed Korean red ginseng into local dishes.

The traditional herb is no stranger in Asia and has been rising in demand due to its health benefits.

An interactive presentation on the herb’s benefits and recommended ways to consume it was held at the event, followed by members of the media whipping up sticky date pudding with Korean red ginseng toffee sauce under Anis’ guidance. The session continued with the chef demonstrating her signature seafood curry with Korean red ginseng. KGC’s products (under its brand, CheongKwanJang) are available at leading retailers, including Isetan Grocery Store KLCC, BMS Organic outlets and Hai-O chain stores.
