Lilly Collins was said to be chanelling Priscilla Presley on her wedding day with big hair and ruffled white gown. She fastened a puffy white headband and coupled it with retro eye makeup. There were the heavy feline flicks, fluttery faux lashes and swathes of pastel pigment on the lids. Collins chose to colour her lids with a soft lavender shadow which paired really well against her glossy pale lips. She certainly aced the vintage tribute.
