IN the spirit of Ramadan, Berjaya Times Square Hotel Kuala Lumpur whets your appetite through the taste of home-cooked meals; reminiscen­t of Mother’s recipes where the best of Malay cuisine will be served for the best gastronomi­c experience. Feast upon local delectable choices such as a wide range of kerabu and salted condiments, paru-paru berlada, pedal hati ayam masak cili, tempeh, acar buah, acar rampai and also internatio­nal buffet spread selections such as Thai green curry duck, Dawood Basha (Arabic lamb ball), Indian-style chicken masala, vegetable jalfrezi, salmon fillet, cucumber salsa with red capsicum sauce, stir-fried mussel in butter and black pepper, and wokfried tiger prawn with shrimp paste, to name a few.

For a bazaar experience, there is an endless line of stall selections that will captivate your heart, and appetite as well! Serving dishes such as kari kepala ikan citarasa bonda, lempeng pisang kelapa bidara, pisang goreng keju makmur, aneka sup serantau, rendang daging khatulisti­wa, popiah basah mahsyur, kambing golek penawar rindu, and otak-otak dibuai rasa among others, are available.

End the blissful evening delight with the extensive dessert spread; featuring seasonal fresh fruits and assorted Malay kuih and cookies, mango Charlotte, pandan chiffon cheese cake, chocolate brownies, fruit flan, mixed berry Panna Cotta, agar – agar santan and green beans, exotic tart, fresh fruit tart, chocolate salted caramel, almond financier cake, caramel pudding and red velvet cake.

Patrons will also be entertaine­d by a Ghazal performanc­e while enjoying their berbuka puasa with family and friends.

The Bazaar Ramadan Buffet will be held from May 8 to June 2 from 6.30pm to 10.30pm at the Berjaya Times Square Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, Level 14.For the last week (May 29 to June 2) of the promotion, the price for adults will be RM118nett while the price for children will be RM48nett. During the period of May 13 to May 28, the price for adults will be RM128nett and RM58nett for children.

Guests can also enjoy one free seat with every eight full-paying adults.

For those who look forward to a mouth-watering Nasi Briyani as their break fast meal, the hotel has a Ramadan Special which is the Nasi Briyani takeaway with an option of chicken or lamb, prepared by its very own Chef Yusoff. The Nasi Briyani stall is located at the hotel lobby between 5pm and 8pm; meals are priced from RM10nett.
