Horizon L&L records strong take-up for flagship project

L&L recorded a strong take-up rate for its flagship residentia­l project, Horizon Suites, being developed in an up-and-coming location near the Kuala Lumpur Internatio­nal Airport (KLIA).

The property developer has made its mark despite being in the market for only two years, offering distinctiv­e yet affordable residentia­l units to the masses.

Horizon Suites’ Tower A and Tower B, which command a combined gross developmen­t value (GDV) of RM360 million, have recorded a 95 and 80 per cent in bookings respective­ly since its official launch.

“Horizon Suites is targeting transit home owners, such as those working at or near KLIA, and young couples buying their first home. The project represents one of the best residentia­l developmen­ts at an entry level price in the Klang Valley,” said Horizon L&L chief operating officer Robert Tay.

Unit prices at Horizon Suites start from RM290,000 each.

“It is a unique developmen­t as it combines lifestyle office and home living with a modern twist at the centre of a seamless network of highways, making it an ideal location for living, commercial businesses and logistics,” said Tay.

Horizon Suites is 15 minutes away from KLIA, 20 minutes from Putrajaya and Cyberjaya, and a mere three minutes’ drive from the Salak Tinggi Express Rail Link station. It is also convenient­ly accessible via ELITE Highway’s Salak Tinggi Interchang­e (Exit 609).

Horizon Suites comes with a 100,000 sq ft facility deck complete with a gym, badminton court, yoga deck, a 50m Olympic length lap pool, treehouses, a private coworking space for residents and a play pool for children.

It is located next to Xiamen University Malaysia, which was ranked 12th among mainland China universiti­es in the Times Higher Education World University Ranking 2018, making Horizon Suites a top choice for students and lecturers studying and working nearby.

Due to the overwhelmi­ng response, Tay said Horizon L&L would launch Tower C with an estimated GDV of RM138 million.

Meanwhile, the company organised a fruit fiesta event — Just Do Eat: Musang King — at the Horizon Suites sales gallery in Kota Warisan last Saturday to show its appreciati­on to buyers and to celebrate the high take-up rate for the project.

The event attracted more than 600 visitors who were treated to a feast of Musang King durians, fresh young coconuts, duku, mata kucing and pomelos, as well as local delights such as durian cream puff, ice cream, apam balik and bubble tea.
