Aramco picks more bookrunners for IPO

Royal Bank of Canada, Banco Santander SA and Mizuho Financial Group Inc are among banks that have secured bookrunner roles on Saudi Aramco’s initial public offering, said people with knowledge of the matter. Chinese investment bank BOC International Holdings Ltd and Tokyo-based Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group were also among 15 joint bookrunners chosen by Aramco, said the people, joining Middle Eastern firms Saudi Fransi Capital, Al Rajhi Capital, Riyad Bank and EFG Hermes.
