PEOPLE love sharing photos, especially on social media, but what about printed photos? Can you share them easily? When Canon Marketing Malaysia introduced two new compact iNSPiC instant camera printers, it was like a wish come true.

EASY SHARING

Although most photo-sharing activities are done through smartphone and social media platforms, with the iNSPiC instant camera printers, sharing physical photos can now be done easily too. It even accommodates requests for pictorial stickers such as the unicorn, sun and cupcakes.

MEMORY MAKER

At my niece’s birthday party recently, we took so many photographs.

My favourite was when everyone stood behind the cake and sang the birthday song. It was a must-have photo for everyone.

So, after snapping the photo, I quickly ran the image on the mini printer app and did some editing — adding the date and a thank-you sticker.

In a short time, everyone in the picture got a copy of that moment they had shared. Their response? Priceless!

These small things make the instant camera a hit, not only for children but also adults.

MULTIPLE PRINTING

Taking the iNSPiC instant camera printer on my travels proved to be one of the best decisions I had ever made.

Yes, it is nothing compared to a DSLR — quality-wise, it is like comparing night to day but it is convenient.

I was able to capture interesting moments with the instant camera. There’s also a dedicated reprint button that allows multiple printing of the same photographs.

With that function, I was able to print more and share the shot with my subject — without having to ask for their social media account.

I just love sharing candid moments.

PRINTING TECHNOLOGY

The Canon Mini Photo printer uses ZINK Zero InkTM technology from ZINKTM, a revolutionary dry-printing technology that allows colour printing without the need for ink cartridges.

The 2x3-inch glossy photo prints don’t smudge or scratch so they are safe for children.

What I love most about the paper is its peel-and-stick reverse side. It works wonders. I pasted my photo on my luggage tag and people have been asking me where I had custom-made my tag!

The instant camera printer comes in two variations. The iNSPiC (C) retails at RM499 but I used the iNSPiC (S) which retails at RM699.

Verdict: 5/5
