SIRIM QUALITY AWARD 2019
an annual signature event of SIRIM and continuing on the success of SIRIM Quality Award this year, SIRIM Quality Award 2019 is once again open to all SIRIM clients.
With the objective of giving formal recognition to SIRIM’s clients who have achieved a high level of excellence in quality management systems in public and private sectors, SIRIM Quality Award, will at the same time raise an awareness and trigger a wave of quality consciousness among organisations and industries.
SIRIM Quality Award winners will receive incentives by using the award logo for publicity and promotional purposes for a period of three years, RM10,000 in rebate for any services within SIRIM QAS International and SIRIM STS, valid for one year from the date of the award, as well as a trophy and certificate.
The SIRIM Quality Award is divided into three categories: Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), Government and large companies.
Participating companies and organisations were evaluated based on a criteria established by SIRIM such as Management Commitment;
5S — Towards A Quality Working Environment; Quality Management System Based on Standard; Quality, Productivity and Innovation Groups; and Organisation Performance.
The proposed winners of each category were recommended by a working committee and endorsed by a technical committee.
SIRIM Quality Award winners were honoured at the Majlis SIRIM Industri 2019 (MSI 2019).
