MAS flight turns back due to landing gear issue
PUTRAJAYA: Malaysia Airlines Flight MH360, which departed from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing on Saturday, experienced an air turn back due to a landing gear issue. Malaysia Airlines yesterday said in the interest of passenger safety, the captain made a decision to return to Kuala Lumpur International Airport. “The aircraft landed safely at 9.03pm on the same day and is being rectified by engineers. Flight MH360, which will be serviced by another aircraft, departed Kuala Lumpur at 12.30am on Nov 10 and arrived in Beijing at 6.35am on the same day. Safety is Malaysia Airlines’ No 1 priority and it regrets the inconvenience caused to its passengers.”
