Yi-Lai says its Talos Living Tiles will improve indoor air quality

-

KUALA LUMPUR: Tiles manufacturer Yi-Lai Bhd recently launched Talos Living Tiles, Malaysia’s first negative ion tiles, to improve indoor air quality.

It said the Talos Living Tiles, which are coated with nano glazing technology, would produce and release negative ions that had great healing effects.

“We had the soft launch for the Talos Living Tiles in November last year and we are thrilled to have achieved our targeted sales despite challenges arising from the Movement Control Order.

“We aim to sell more than 30 million Talos Living Tiles in three years,” said executive director Au Yee Boon in a statement recently.

Yi-Lai is the only manufacturer in the country to produce such tiles and it has partnered with seven retailers nationwide as of last month.

“Retail dealers generally have long-term clients in their localities and we believe that our Talos Living Tiles will reach more prospective customers, especially through word-of-mouth marketing,” said Au.

“In Johor, we have appointed Mastile Interconcept Sdn Bhd (MISB), which has more than 40 years of experience, as our first exclusive retail distributor of the Talos Living Tiles.

“Johor is one of the key growth markets for us, considering its massive population of 3.8 million people and robust property sector,” he added.

MISB and Yi-Lai subsidiary, YiLai Marketing Sdn Bhd, launched the Talos Living Tiles Showcase gallery in Nusajaya, Johor, on Sept 19.

The event received overwhelming response from members of the Johor Interior Designer Association.
