SPECIAL REBATES FOR CITY, BR-V
HONDA is offering a special rebate worth RM5,000 for its fifth-generation City and the BR-V models as part of its “Honda 1 Million Dreams” campaign. This is available for customers who register the City or BR-V (applicable for S, E and V variants only), between March 16 and March 31.
This new rebate is an additional reward to the “March Special Promotion” of its Honda 1 Million Dreams Campaign, which was launched to commemorate the company’s millionth sale unit milestone.
Coincidently, Honda Malaysia will be holding its grand finale of the 1 Million Dreams campaign at the Bukit Jalil National Stadium car park C today.
Honda will announce the winners of the seven Special Edition models at the event.
Meanwhile, the City S, E and V variants come with a 1.5 DOHC i-VTEC engine with a continuous variable transmission powertrain that’s capable of producing up to 121PS with a maximum torque of 145Nm.
The V variant features LED headlights with LED daytime running lights, LED fog lights, LED taillights,16-inch alloy wheels, leather seats and “Ivory” highlights in the cabin, six airbags and Honda LaneWatch, a camera-based advanced safety technology that helps monitor blind spots.
The E and V variants come with an eight-inch display audio system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto Connectivity, remote engine start, and reverse sensors with a multi-angle reverse camera.
Safety features such as vehicle stability assist, anti-lock braking system, electronic brake distribution, brake assist, emergency stop signal, hill start assist and rear seat Isofix, among others, come standard across all variants.
The S, E and V variants are priced at RM76,800, RM84,800 and RM89,800, respectively, or RM74,191, RM81,664 and RM86,561 with the current sales tax exemption.
For the BR-V, the seven-seater has adopted the “Active-Solid Motion” design concept.
It comes with a 1.5L SOHC i-VTEC engine coupled to a continuous variable transmission (CVT) to produce 120PS of power. It also has paddle shifters.
Multiple configurations are enabled by the 60:40 one-touch tilt-and-tumble in the second row, and 50:50 tilt-and-full tumble in the third row.
It has 223 litres of trunk space when all the seats are up, and 539 litres when the third-row seats are folded down.
The V variant, priced at RM96,900, is equipped with a seven-inch display audio and leather seats with red finishing that aesthetically match the design of the gear knob’s red stitching.
For the E variant, which is priced at RM89,900, auto air conditioning, keyless entry and push-start button are now new standard features.
The full colour lineup comprises White Orchid Pearl, Modern Steel Metallic, Lunar Silver Metallic, Passion Red Pearl and the brand-new Marine Purple Pearl.
