Easter Buffet at Lemon Garden

On April 4 – Lemon Garden will be serving a bountiful spread of mouthwater­ing dishes themed around Easter Sunday for both brunch and dinner. What better way to feast on a Sunday from 12pm to 2:30pm whilst dinner will be served with two seating: 6pm to 7:45pm and 8pm to 9:45pm.

For starters, grab a plate of green, healthy salads with cold cut meat on the side – your choice from Smoked Duck, Beef Pastrami to Norwegian Salmon. Once you have your appetite running, head over to the seafood counter, indulge in a wide selection of sea goodness from Tiger Prawn, Oysters, Mussell to Scallop. On your way into

the counter, check out the spread of sushi and sashimi on show.

The carving station is in operation offering a tantalizin­g Roasted Beef Wellington that you can enjoy with sides of Baked Potato and Grilled Vegetables. The action station next to it serves upon request, a plate of Truffle Scramble Egg & Brioche Toast. A spread of main course dishes of Lamb Ragout Mini Pie, Roasted Chicken, Barramundi Fish to Potato Mozzarella Casserole will be laid out for guests to indulge on. The Italian station will excite guests with freshly baked pizza and signature pasta dishes upon request.

A staple of Lemon Garden - the Asian, Indian and Chinese stations are all in operation offering locally infused delicacies from Lamb Kurma, Paneer Butter Masala, Seafood Tom Yum, Wok-fried Butter Chicken and Nyonya Laksa just to name a few. The roast station serves slices of duck and chicken for the occasion.

End your meal with a visit to the dessert pavilion where cakes and French pastries are served for your indulgent. Choices range from Coffee Crème Caramel, Lemon Chiffon Cream Cake, Strawberry Frasier, Red Velvet Cupcakes and Mango Passion Fruit Pavlova just to name a few.

Grab your family and friends along the way and enjoy an egg-citing dining experience with palatable spread of selection alongside great service. Funfilled festive activities including Egg Painting and Easter Egg Hunt will take place during Brunch only from 1pm to 2:15pm.

For the main course, guest can choose from one of the four options available – Garlic and Thyme Roasted Chicken, Roasted Australian Grain-fed Sirloin, Slowcooked Australian Lamb Leg and Beef Wellington. Depending on your choice of main course, the buffet is priced at RM230, RM380, RM400 and RM490 respective­ly.
