Afternoon tea may be derived from Britain, but the Pastry team at Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara has enhanced the renowned afternoon tea to elevate guests’ experience by introducing an Asian inspired version. The Asian-inspired Afternoon Tea comprises a mix of sweet and savoury treats. The first tier comprises Asian favourites like Chicken Yakitori, Beef Shepherd Pie and Steamed Tiger Prawn Dumplings. One tier below is a selection of decadent cakes, with Red Velvet Roulade, Mini Chocolate Crémeux Orange Tart and Raspberry Pistachio Pava, while the finishing sweets feature scones with a twist - orange and lemon served with assorted jam and cream.
