Cycle & Carriage Bintang Glenmarie named Dealer of the Year 2020

CYCLE & Carriage Bintang Glenmarie was named Mercedes-Benz Malaysia’s (MBM) “Dealer of the Year 2020”.

The dealer was deemed to have excelled across all the touchpoint­s of the business to achieve the highest overall score.

“Throughout 2020 and its unforeseen challenges, Cycle & Carriage Bintang Bhd has remained resilient and continued to provide exceptiona­l service to our customers. The credit for this award goes to the entire team that worked tirelessly to make 2020 a successful year for all of us,” said Cycle & Carriage Bintang chief executive officer Wilfrid Foo TsuJin.

MBM’s annual awards acknowledg­e the brand’s choice of exceptiona­l dealers for their operationa­l excellence in delivering the best customer experience.

A total of seven awards were given out.

Hap Seng Star Kinrara won in the “Best in Financial Services” category and Cycle & Carriage Bintang Mutiara Damansara won in the “Best in Business Excellence” category.

“Best in Customer Services” was won by Cycle & Carriage Bintang (Northern) Bukit Tengah while the “Best in Sales” went to Asbenz Stern, Kuantan.

Hap Seng Star Bukit Tinggi bagged the “Best in Customer Satisfacti­on Index” and the “Most Improved Dealer” was won by Hap Seng Star Setia Alam.

“Time and again, our dealer partners have consistent­ly demonstrat­ed their commitment to deliver a true luxury experience. They quickly adapted to providing innovative solutions while remaining connected with our customers despite the challenges of an ever-changing automotive landscape,” said MBM president and chief executive officer Dr Claus Weidner.
