Cycle & Carriage Bintang Glenmarie named Dealer of the Year 2020
CYCLE & Carriage Bintang Glenmarie was named Mercedes-Benz Malaysia’s (MBM) “Dealer of the Year 2020”.
The dealer was deemed to have excelled across all the touchpoints of the business to achieve the highest overall score.
“Throughout 2020 and its unforeseen challenges, Cycle & Carriage Bintang Bhd has remained resilient and continued to provide exceptional service to our customers. The credit for this award goes to the entire team that worked tirelessly to make 2020 a successful year for all of us,” said Cycle & Carriage Bintang chief executive officer Wilfrid Foo TsuJin.
MBM’s annual awards acknowledge the brand’s choice of exceptional dealers for their operational excellence in delivering the best customer experience.
A total of seven awards were given out.
Hap Seng Star Kinrara won in the “Best in Financial Services” category and Cycle & Carriage Bintang Mutiara Damansara won in the “Best in Business Excellence” category.
“Best in Customer Services” was won by Cycle & Carriage Bintang (Northern) Bukit Tengah while the “Best in Sales” went to Asbenz Stern, Kuantan.
Hap Seng Star Bukit Tinggi bagged the “Best in Customer Satisfaction Index” and the “Most Improved Dealer” was won by Hap Seng Star Setia Alam.
